7 days of courses, seminars and workshops to discover how technology and digital can be an ally to re-live and re-enable small villages and inner areas

The initiative, which fits within the context of the ALL Digital Week, the largest full digital event in Europe, aims to promoting the digital transition, essential tool to accompany the sustainable development of territories.

Seminars and work tables dedicated to local administrators were held, moments of co-creation of the visual narrative language of the territory dedicated to young people and the entire community.

The community was the protagonist of "Hack the Village" - the first community hackathon designed to find solutions to the problems of the territory, organized in collaboration with Invitalia!

The winning idea was presented by a group of local children: the "hide and seek in the village" and the "treasure park", activities to introduce their peers to the spontaneous herbs and their use in the kitchen.

Other ideas emerged during the 24 hours of work:

-a community furnace, a place of aggregation to foster integration between generation and revive tradition;

-CilenToBe, a hub to discover the territory and stay in touch with the unspoilt nature of the Cilento;

-innovative ideas to connect local actors and make them participate in training programmes such as food processing workshops, educational courses to rediscover tradition and training programmes for tourism operators.

Saturday 26, took place the first edition of the Pollica Photo Marathon!
