--e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><b>three <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><b>specific objectives:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-left: 50px;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Farmers in transition to<b> regenerative agriculture <\/b>to strengthen the skilled workforce<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>New farmers: <\/b>young people approaching for the first time the world of agriculture or socially disadvantaged people<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>migrants and refugees <\/b>who are looking for a qualification to hold a job in a sector that requires skilled labour. action, the program analyzes the different dimensions of integral ecological regeneration, passing from food diplomacy, to food identity, to circular life, prosperity and climate-smart ecosystems, and then co-design and co-design with teachers a model of <b>Integral ethic<\/b>starting from the fundamental values of <b>Mediterranean Diet<\/b> &#8211; <i>conviviality, history, science, tradition,
