A joint path between the university and the National Research Council to enhance the connections between training, research and technology transfer by participating with high level training and researchas a tool to build new knowledge and skills needed to face the challenges of change and useful for a skilled job placement in the sectors involved.

Summer school and international programs

Il Food & Climate Shapers Boot Camp is a training program created by FFI and FAO to train operators in the agri-food chain to face and mitigate the climate crisis through the regeneration of agri-food systems.

More than 200 participants from over 50 countries have already been trained since 2020.

Trame Mediterranee

Un programma immersivo, intensivo e sperimentale, promosso da Future Food Institute in collaborazione con il Comune di Pollica e il Centro Studi Dieta Mediterranea Angelo Vassallo, per entrare in contatto con gli ambasciatori della Dieta Mediterranea – coloro che si prendono cura del patrimonio naturale e culturale attraverso il loro lavoro quotidiano.
